Un vin de belle structure, charpenté, dense, très représentatif de caractère affirmé de la personnalité des vins rouges de cette appellation.

A l'étonnant rapport Qualité - Prix - Plaisir.

Un vin qui commence vraiment à s'épanouir après deux ou trois années de bouteille, et qui convient à la table avec grillades, rôtis de boeuf, plats mijotés, volailles et fromage.

The « vigne-rhone » annouces itself with a clarion call of deft delicacy and beautiful black cherry colour.

This wine has a deep ruby/purple-tinged color and plenty of sweet black cherry and raspberry fruit intermixed with some underbrush, pepper, and spice.

Sur la commune de St Sauveur limitrophe de Pauillac, au coeur du vignoble Médocain, le Château Liversan Cru Bourgeois Supérieur produit sur 30 hectares, des vins élégants et d'une grande finesse.

L'encépagement est composé de 40% de Merlot, 50% de Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% de Cabernet Franc et 5% de Petit Verdot.

Aged in barrels, this wine, with its deep robe, offers a complex and intense nose, with notes of red fruits, cooked fruits and vanilla nuances.

Nowadays, lots of technical evolutions have been integrated in our activity but we are still depending on climatic changes as we stay humble in front of nature.

Made from an old vine, this 100% Grenache Blanc has been vinified in new French oak casks, with an ageing on lees.

The robe is pleasant. The nose reveals discrete aromas.

In mouth, the aromatic evolution is clean, with a good length. A fat, well-balanced and mineral wine.

The discrete and elegant nose develops on strawberry and citrus-fruit aromas. In mouth, a pleasant lightness, a nice balance and a fleshy finish where very ripe red fruits play with taste-buds.

The intense and complex nose develops notes of red fruits, very ripe, cinnamon, liquorice. In mouth, notes of toast and vanilla.

The structure is fine, elegant, with melted tannins. Fat and length characterize the finish in mouth.

With a nice intense red colour and brilliant purple-blue notes, this wine offers a nose made of red fruits.

The mouth is fresh, supple and easy-to-drink.

Merlot – Cabernet Sauvignon

Of a nice garnet-red robe, the nose reveals at first notes of very ripe black fruits, and then evolves towards liquorice notes.

Ampleness, generosity and velvety are the main features of this wine.

Despite its proximity, this was a region that we had never visited before. Over the last century the district had become industrialised leaving only a scattering of large bourgeois homes that had been very prestigeous in the nineteenth century.

Vineyard’s training : Manual crop thinning in August followed by leaf-stripping.

Harvesting : Manual harvest with sorting of healthy berries.
