"Galevan has produced a sleeper Cotes du Rhone selection, the 2005 L’Esprit du Vin. This wine has a deep ruby/purple-tinged color and plenty of sweet black cherry and raspberry fruit intermixed with some underbrush, pepper, and spice. The wine is meant to be drunk in its first 4-5 years of life but offers plenty of flavor, intensity ,and depth. The soi lis treated with great respect ; fertilizer is used parcel by parcel on a sustainable basis. There are no great wines without great grapes.
The name Galevan also symbolize a balance between knowledge and creative freedom, the wines’fulness and the lightness of poetry, constancy and defiance.

The « vigne-rhone » annouces itself with a clarion call of deft delicacy and beautiful black cherry colour. It has nose of black fruits, wild berries, spices, musk. The mouth is lively, silky, with a beautiful aromatic persistence of fruits. And after the wine : cherchez la femme !
