Proprietor Coralie Goumarre produces the wine at this estate in the northern sector of Chateauneuf du Pape near the village of Courthezon. "

A balance of majestic grape varieties conspire to create a major red wine.

There is a blend of spirit and mistery in this wine…its intense dark cherry colour, its nose of wild berries, spicy and lightly roasted. The mouth : silky tannins and mouth-watering minerals-ness make «L’Esprit Devin » a fleshy intense wine.
Coralie is the first woman in nine generations to have taken the reins of the family estate.

50 ha vienyards. All the great grape varieties from The Rhone are grown : Grenache, Carignan, Mourvedre, Syrah, Cinsault fro the reds, and Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Bourboulenc for the whites.
The vines have an average of 55 years and produce small quantities of very good quality grapes.
The soi lis treated with great respect ; fertilizer is used parcel by parcel on a sustainable basis. There are no great wines without great grapes.
