Profile : A blend of Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Gros Manseng, selected from the heart of various French Southwest wine producing areas, “Villa Beaurivage” is an elegant, fresh and fruity white wine. Deep and complex, both crispy and rich, its distinctive style means it can be combined with numerous dishes from international cuisine. It was while we were walking along the Atlantic Coast beaches, with its old fashioned family homes facing the sea, that the blend’s name came to us: Villa Beaurivage... |

Profile : Négrette is one of the best grape varieties of the French Southwest for producing rosé wines. As this native grape variety is mostly planted to the north of Toulouse, we have given this blend a name that renders homage to the famous "Ville Rose". Its pale, delicate colour, its very fruity, expressive style and its characteristically refreshing nature makes this rosé a polyvalent and festive wine.

Deep colour, powerful aroma, this vintage is subtly balanced with dominance of red fruits (cherry, strawberry, etc.) and sweet spicy notes.

Profile : In the heart of the Aveyron is hidden the Marcillac AOP consisting of only 200 hectares, planted 100% with the Mansois grape. With its terraced landscapes and red soils, it is one of the most beautiful landscapes in French wine country. It is also the most northern wine producing area of the French Southwest, against the foothills of the Massif Central. A nice, brilliant dark purple, this red wine offers silky tannins, aromas of black currant liquorice, as well as a floral note. Served well chilled, it is easy to drink and can be enjoyed young.

Produced on the appellation's two main terroirs of amphitheatre-like terraces facing the Pyrénées, it is both fresh and full. There are notes of vanilla, white peach and citrus fruits, which linger long on the palate. A real great wine, this white is at its best served chilled.
